📋 Description
• Respond to all tenant maintenance requests • Contact, coordinate, and dispatch vendor(s) to properties • Communicate with landlords to obtain approval for make-ready or maintenance repairs • Work closely with Maintenance Managers to maintain a vendor list • Onboard new vendors, obtain documentation, set up portal access • Prepare move-in/move-out reports • Must be available for on-call emergency rotation
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish to include written and verbal communication • Personal laptop/computer, high-speed internet connection, and home office space • Experience using property management software, AppFolio is a huge plus • Property management experience • Customer service experience • Experience working on a team with daily communication
