• Manage social media accounts across multiple brands within the Mas Alto Capital portfolio. • Create, schedule, and publish content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels. • Write engaging captions and adapt content to suit different brand voices and target audiences. • Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives and business objectives. • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, updates, project highlights, announcements, and promotional materials. • Monitor social media engagement and assist with responding to comments, messages, and inquiries when required. • Track performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports with insights and recommendations. • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. • Support employer branding, marketing campaigns, property launches, company news, and special projects. • Collaborate with designers, marketing team members, and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for companies, agencies, or multiple brands. • Strong experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other major social media platforms. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Experience using social media management and scheduling tools. • Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
