📋 Description

• Manage direct offshore, comprising the end-to-end onboarding process of retail products • Direct and control Personal Loans and Cards application processing end to end, including underwriting, CPV and disbursal processes • Review cases to ensure product parameters and policy criteria are met • Ensure applications meet SLA, agreed turnaround time and accuracy standards • Track and report monthly exceptions to relevant stakeholders and follow escalation processes • Maintain high quality in the end-to-end onboarding process • Ensure required controls, risk factors and procedures are maintained • Maintain positive working relationships with other sections, divisions, onshore and offshore teams • Manage MIS and provide weekly/monthly reporting to key business stakeholders • Monitor daily SLA performance, conduct reviews and spot checks, and ensure team discipline • Handle and develop the team, improve processes and productivity, and develop leaders’ skills • Review daily rejects/referrals and improve outcomes through training and continuous learning • Manage risks through exception reporting and application reviews • Coordinate with unit managers, business partners and Risk teams for capacity planning • Promote staff involvement and contribution to service quality • Initiate and follow up quality and productivity/workflow improvement projects • Escalate exceptional and extraordinary occurrences and report corrective and preventive actions • Obtain satisfactory results in group and internal audits • Represent the CIC unit in interactions with Risk Management, area managers, overseas branches and RBG business stakeholders • Participate in process/product improvements and drive initiatives • Troubleshoot complex operational, service and control issues • Make decisions on irregular operational cases and allocate/prioritize work and resources

🎯 Requirements

• High level of maturity and good communication skills • Good managerial and interpersonal skills with an ability to supervise teams • Sound knowledge of credit policies and understanding of systems • In depth knowledge of procedures pertaining to cards data entry/CPV processes • Must be able to work under pressure with short/challenging deadlines • Graduate with 5+ years’ work experience in Retail products onboarding environment • Good analytical skills • Should have handled a similar role for at least 2-3 years • Leadership, commitment to results, customer focus, interpersonal relationships, adaptability and innovation at Level 3
