📋 Description
• Process Centralized Accounts Management Unit activities in accordance with policies, procedures, delivery standards, SLAs, and productivity requirements • Review account opening forms and relevant documents for setup and maintenance of PVT/SME customer accounts • Review, verify, and process customer requests for online banking products and services through internet and mobile phone channels • Activate and process all types of accounts and online banking products and services • Support marketing and sales teams by providing value-added services • Process cases with 99% accuracy and nil escalations • Ensure satisfactory audit ratings and acceptable customer satisfaction
