📋 Description

• Drive tactical and operational automation initiatives across Group Operations • Enable and sustain automation tools, digital workflows, and reconciliation platforms • Assist in rollout and stabilization of automation tools and platforms such as Cypher AI and DoneZie across business units • Work with Operations teams to ensure consistent training, onboarding, usage, and tracking of tools • Coordinate with vendors and Technology teams on platform enhancements, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment • Support documentation of automation benefits, including FTE savings, error reduction, and turnaround improvements • Collaborate with GRC and internal control teams to align automation outcomes with control environment requirements • Provide data-driven insights and monthly automation scorecards across operating units • Work closely with operations SMEs and GRC teams to maintain and evolve the automation ecosystem within Central Reconciliation Unit deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in banking operations, preferably with exposure to automation tools, platform governance, or operational excellence roles • Sound understanding of process automation technologies, reconciliation platforms, workflow engines, and risk-based controls • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills • Hands-on experience with data reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally tools like Power BI, Tableau, or automation management systems • High degree of initiative, structured thinking, and comfort with cross-functional collaboration • Strong communication skills for both training and governance-level reporting
