📋 Description

• Manage contracts for all categories (IT and non-IT) globally, with key countries being UAE, India, Pakistan and smaller IBG countries where needed • Assist in ensuring that CPD is able to fully utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) • Ensure assigned contracts, including renewals and new contracts, are fully completed on time • Maintain regular and open communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers • Upgrade knowledge of latest best practices • Provide monthly inputs for departmental MIS compilation • Adhere to Mashreq's values and code of conduct • Contribute strongly to implementation of Oracle Fusion (Phase 2) by early 2027 • Analyze data and prepare related reports • Identify, check and develop sources of supply • Conduct market surveys and maintain awareness of new products • Procure supplies while maintaining quality and competitive pricing • Negotiate skilfully with suppliers • Communicate effectively with Group/Division and suppliers • Perform related duties as assigned • Prepare monthly MIS

🎯 Requirements

• Vendor contract management experience of at least 2 years • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in negotiation and resolution of contract redlines • A good understanding of Mashreq's legal requirements on a vendor contract • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills • Ability to create strong customer satisfaction • Ability to execute in a demanding and fast paced environment
