📋 Description

• Enable end-to-end UAT and SIT delivery by coordinating with Product Owners, Journey Leads, QA, technology teams, and business users • Drive test governance and execution oversight through test case preparation, defect tracking, triage calls, Azure DevOps reporting, and daily test status communication • Organize UAT sessions with business users and Relationship Managers • Document and track action items, feedback, issues, risks, and dependencies • Identify and define key UAT milestones with the Product Owner • Track project tasks and follow up with internal teams • Monitor project progress and handle issues with support from the Tech Project Manager • Maintain centralized testing documentation, plans, dashboards, metrics, and reports • Support coordination between squads and technology during SIT and UAT • Work with SIT members to resolve integration issues and challenge SIT teams on defects • Track test management activities in Azure DevOps • Ensure release adherence during go-live • Coordinate action closures and resolve testing roadblocks with program teams • Run daily defect triage calls with squad members • Publish daily test status reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related technical discipline • 4-7 years of relevant experience • Familiarity with Azure DevOps • Hands-on experience with Azure dashboards • Experience testing in Agile methodologies • Experience with test estimation techniques using story points or T-shirt sizing • Experience in impact analysis and planning regression testing
