📋 Description

• Act as a senior advisor, people manager, and technical expert on CRM projects • Lead complex CRM projects within client objectives, timelines, and budgets • Scope bespoke CRM solutions across clients’ entire technology stacks and oversee implementation • Provide technical oversight for CRM implementations, migrations, and integrations • Audit CRM systems, especially Braze and related technology stacks • Support pre-sales activities, client pitches, and technical solution discussions • Design and facilitate client workshops • Advise clients on advanced CRM features and capabilities • Build relationships and align clients, peers, and cross-functional stakeholders • Manage, mentor, coach, and support CRM team members • Serve as an escalation point for CRM issues • Collaborate with Strategy, CRM Developers, Data & Engineering, and other teams • Translate CRM strategies into roadmaps and deliverables • Oversee customer journey design and optimisation • Maintain Braze expertise and apply advanced features to client outcomes • Uphold QA, testing, documentation, best practices, templates, and frameworks • Analyse campaign metrics and customer data to identify optimisation opportunities • Provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in CRM consulting, implementation, and optimisation • Proven track record with platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, or HubSpot • Experience leading CRM projects and working directly with clients • Previous people management experience preferred • Proven ability to lead through influence and relationships • Strong people management skills, including performance reviews, development goals, and workload management • Advanced understanding of CRM platforms, particularly Braze • Expertise scoping and implementing complex CRM solutions integrated with broader marketing technology stacks • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and system integration • Ability to audit CRM systems and provide actionable optimisation recommendations • Experience participating in pre-sales activities, leading client pitches, and articulating technical and strategic solutions • Experience leading interactive client workshops • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong client-facing relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines • Valid work visa required; sponsorship unavailable • Proof of identity may be requested • Two references may be requested • Contractors must provide proof of incorporation and up-to-date insurance
