📋 Description

• Test planning, test design, and test case development. • Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing. • Defect lifecycle management and root cause analysis. • Test reporting, quality metrics, and release validation. • API Testing (Postman, Swagger, REST Assured). • Database Testing and SQL validation. • Test Automation using Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, SHAFT Engine, or Cypress. • Performance Testing using JMeter, Locust, Gatling, or k6. • Experience in AI evaluation (AI Evals), benchmarking, and validating Large Language Model (LLM) responses against defined quality metrics and acceptance criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience. • 3+ years of hands-on Test Automation experience. **(Mandatory)** • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Experience testing AI-enabled applications, Generative AI, LLMs, or data-driven platforms is highly preferred. • Knowledge of AI response validation, prompt testing, and data quality is a plus. • CI/CD knowledge (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions is a plus). • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology. **(Mandatory)** • ISTQB CTFL. **(Mandatory)** • ISTQB Advanced Level is a plus. • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify complex issues, evaluate solutions, and make data-driven quality decisions. • Native Arabic Speaker. **(Mandatory)** • Fluent in English (Written & Spoken).
