📋 Description

• Own discovery calls, scope needs, close deals, and keep the pipeline clean • Hand over smoothly to onboarding • Work inbound leads: book, run and close calls • Rescue no-shows and keep deals moving to a decision • Send proposals within 24 hours • Keep the CRM spotless; revive dormant opportunities; ask for referrals • Work mainly Americas with some UK/UAE coverage; early starts as needed

🎯 Requirements

• C1 English (confident on Google Meet; near-neutral accent) • Nutrition or Personal Training background (cert or degree) • 2+ years full-cycle closing to US/UK markets • Serious CRM hygiene • Able to work early starts as needed (9-hour day) • Coverage includes Americas plus some UK/UAE • Provide CV; cover letter recommended

🏖️ Benefits

• Base: $1,500/month • Per-deal commission paid on client commitment • Placement bonus • Ramp guarantee in the first two months • OTE at target: $5k–$7k+/month • Remote in Latin America • Early starts as needed (9-hour day)
