• Source private chefs across the UK, U.S, UAE & global markets • Use internal tools and CRM's to pull candidate pools • Screen, shortlist and prepare candidates • Present high-quality chef profiles • Speed-run recruitment workflows • Communicate clearly with chefs via WhatsApp and Email • Coordinate early-stage interviews • Ensure candidates match client dietary + lifestyle requirements • Keep data clean, updated and accurate • Hit monthly placement targets

• Fast, organised and detail-oriented • Has a personal interest in health and fitness • Strong with admin, calendars, systems and workflows • Clear communicator (written + verbal English) • Able to manage time zones and multiple live roles • Hungry to grow into a bigger position • Comfortable working independently • Process-driven and motivated by targets • Calm under pressure • Experience in recruitment sourcing • Experience in HR coordination • Experience in admin coordination • Experience in virtual assistant roles • Experience in call-centre QA/staffing • Experience in similar operations roles
