📋 Description

• The hired professional will work with clients from the industries mentioned above, primarily on advisory, contractual and regulatory matters. • Prior experience in transactional and contractual matters within these sectors is desirable, including partnerships of both public and private nature. • Knowledge of regulatory issues will be considered an advantage.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (completed) • Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in related areas • Fluent or advanced English is required • Solid experience, exposure to major clients and significant cases in the life sciences market, with direct interaction with partners
