📋 Description

• Support the company’s administrative routines, contributing to document organization, information updates, and support for internal processes; • Assist with commercial activities and customer relations, supporting registrations, record-keeping, and updating information in the systems and platforms used by the company; • Provide support for financial, tax, and operational routines, assisting with controls, entries, and monitoring the department’s requests; • Support the use and updating of the company’s internal systems and digital tools, contributing to information organization and activity tracking; • Participate in the learning and development of the company’s administrative routines, working alongside the administrative assistant and other support areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields; • Basic knowledge of Excel and general computer skills; • Good written communication skills; • Interest in technology, automation, and Artificial Intelligence tools.
