📋 Description

• Design and deliver training courses on nonprofit management, philanthropy and fundraising • Support learners in understanding how associations operate and their regulatory framework • Train participants on different funding sources: public grants, philanthropy, sponsorship, calls for projects, etc. • Share tools, methods and best practices that can be directly applied to their activities • Adapt your teaching approach to learners’ profiles and needs • Provide pedagogical follow-up and promote the acquisition of targeted skills • Facilitate interactive and engaging remote training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in nonprofit management, philanthropy and fundraising • Significant experience within the nonprofit, arts and/or cultural sector • Experience delivering professional training to adult learners • Proficiency with tools and methods for remote training delivery • Ability to make technical subjects accessible • Registered training activity number (NDA) recorded with DREETS • Ability to support learners in their projects • Experience delivering training on the Digiforma CRM required (to be indicated in the application form)
