📋 Description

• Deliver remote training sessions aimed at business leaders, managers and staff of small organizations • Design and adapt learning content • Support managers in developing their managerial approach and leadership skills • Train in managerial communication and conflict prevention • Teach practical methods for conflict resolution and handling sensitive situations • Conduct assessments and monitor learners' progress

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in management and delivering professional training • Excellent team management skills • Expertise in conflict management and interpersonal communication • Significant experience with micro-enterprises (TPE) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) • Excellent proficiency in facilitating remote/virtual training sessions • Excellent teaching and instructional skills • Availability for at least 3 days per week
