📋 Description
• Design and deliver training courses in management and sales techniques • Train managers in team leadership, communication, and conflict management • Train sales staff in B2B and B2C sales techniques • Adapt instructional content to the context of small businesses • Implement practical workshops, role-plays, and case studies • Assess learning outcomes and provide ongoing pedagogical follow-up for learners
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience managing teams • Strong command of B2B and B2C sales techniques • Proven experience delivering training to very small businesses and SMEs • Excellent command of video conferencing tools • Excellent facilitation, communication, and adaptability skills • Availability at least 3 days per week
