📋 Description

• Convert warm inbound phone leads through thoughtful, consultative conversations • Explain cremation options and pricing • Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale • Follow up by phone, text, and email • Keep records and next steps accurate • Meet sales and quality targets • Support queue coverage and related workflows • Build product knowledge and develop Meadow’s consultative sales approach • Guide families through cremation-service options with clarity and compassion • Work with inbound calls, returning lead follow-up, and sales-process support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience • Record of hitting individual sales targets • Ideally experience closing consumer sales over the phone • Clear, warm, and confident spoken and written English • Ownership of sales metrics and follow-through • Composed, coachable, and adaptable • Comfortable with HubSpot or a similar CRM • Workspace meeting Meadow’s technical requirements • Spanish fluency or experience in insurance, healthcare, or travel is a plus • Reliable internet and a quiet, comfortable place to work • Availability for a fixed five-day weekly schedule • Ability to work either Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday • Availability for AM shifts starting between 6 am–10 am ET or PM shifts starting between 11 am–2 pm ET • English resume and English audio introduction
