• Conduct daily outbound calls to both existing and prospective referral sources • Work through phone systems and gatekeepers to reach physicians and office leadership • Reintroduce and educate practices on our in home sleep testing solutions • Follow structured outreach messaging while tailoring conversations appropriately • Develop and maintain relationships within your assigned geographic territory • Accurately document activity and manage pipeline in CRM systems • Represent ISC and MedBridge with professionalism and persistence at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent required • 1 to 2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient computer and phone skills • Attention to detail and follow up discipline • Ability to work in a fast changing environment • Ability to meet quotas and deadlines • Associate degree or higher preferred • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
