📋 Description

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of various departments within the company. • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training gaps and create solutions to address them. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development. • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangements. • Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions to ensure a positive learning experience. • Track and report on training program metrics and outcomes to senior management. • Assist in the development of training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or instructional design role. • Proven track record of developing and implementing training programs in a corporate environment. • Experience in healthcare or health technology industry is preferred. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored solutions. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
