• Oversee a team of Data Associates responsible for ad classification, product catalog management, and creative attribution. • Supervise, coach, and develop team members; train new hires and ensure adherence to classification guidelines and tools. • Monitor and manage team performance against KPIs including throughput, accuracy, and quality benchmarks. • Conduct regular quality reviews and provide actionable feedback to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Serve as the first point of escalation for workflow or process-related issues and proactively resolve problems. • Coordinate team scheduling, task assignment, and workload balancing to meet daily and weekly targets. • Identify workflow inefficiencies and partner with managers, automation teams, and governance specialists to improve processes. • Ensure compliance with governance standards, documentation, and reporting requirements; report team status and metrics to management. • Drive continual process improvements and implement documented workflow or tool improvements. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; achieve success measures for accuracy, productivity, and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, information systems, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data operations, content processing, or a related field. • At least 2 years in a lead, supervisory, or managerial role, with proven ability to coach and develop teams. • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, detail-oriented workflows. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Familiarity with ad/media data and workflows is preferred. • Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or exposure to automation initiatives is a plus.
