📋 Description

• Gain stakeholder consensus to approve the proposed project plan before execution • Establish project governance, including processes, decision-making models, and management tools • Coordinate regular stakeholder meetings and assign work according to the project plan • Monitor and control project progress, tasks, and critical path items • Regularly update project plans and document changes • Ensure project documentation is centrally housed and referenced for compliance • Identify and control scope changes according to established policies • Coordinate project closure, stakeholder sign-off, and debriefing meetings • Contribute to the growth and development of Enterprise Health organizational process assets • Drive successful deployment of the Enterprise Health solution from pre-sale to go-live • Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience • Three years of business analysis and/or technical/software project management experience • Strong background in project management, preferably in the medical software industry • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget • Experience with pre-sales support, project scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning • Proficiency in using MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools • Ability to translate customer business requirements into project specifications • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for managing diverse teams • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills • Strong issue-recognition and problem-solving abilities • Leadership and team management skills • Ability to travel (up to 20%) • PMP certification preferred
