• Lead the development of a unified marketing and mobilization strategy • Oversee all mass marketing, brand, and communications functions • Drive audience acquisition, engagement, and retention • Serve as the organizational owner of the Medical Teams brand • Develop scalable models to mobilize churches
• MBA or Master’s degree in relevant field • Minimum 15 years of professional experience • 10 years of progressive management and executive leadership experience • Proven success driving engagement or revenue through integrated marketing strategies • Demonstrated experience in marketing or product development • Experience supporting communications for government, UN, or multilateral partnerships preferred • Must have strong understanding of brand and audience development
