• Integrate HUGO™ RAS systems into hospitals • Expand existing robotic surgery programs, create new programs, or transition from another platform • Meet robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics • Conduct regular program review meetings • Develop surgeon training plans and coordinate Medtronic off-site training and proctored cases • Develop staff training plans and support staff through their learning curve • Attend surgical cases to support technology adoption • Use change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and gain buy-in • Coach hospital staff to promote skill transfer and operational self-sufficiency • Cooperate with Medtronic field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare operating rooms
• Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, etc.) • Preferably Master’s Degree • Fluent in English and German • Ability to speak additional languages is a plus • Willingness to travel throughout your country (>75%) • Demonstrable experience over 2 years • Relevant knowledge and experience of operating rooms and surgery procedures • Ability to comply with hospital or clinic credentialing requirements • Employment authorization verification through E-Verify
