📋 Description

• Manage sales structure, data content and analytics • Collaborate on SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) and target setting in Benelux and Nordics Cardiovascular business • Support use of SFDC-Lightning for training and reporting • Ensure accurate data and information delivery to stakeholders • Drive analytics and reporting tools for the business

🎯 Requirements

• Business degree or its equivalent experience • Strong Commercial excellence or Sales Analytics/ Business Intelligence experience in the medical device or healthcare industry • Minimum of 5 years of experience • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced Excel user • Fluent in English, strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong team player with collaborative experience • Knowledge and experience with Medtronic, Tableau and/or Business Objects considered an advantage
