📋 Description

• Promote and sell the Cranial, Spine, and ENT product portfolio within the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding defined sales targets • Develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, surgeons, and hospital decision-makers • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively generating leads, assessing customer needs, and positioning tailored solutions • Provide high-quality product education, clinical support, and training to healthcare professionals and distributor teams • Collaborate with partners to ensure effective execution of sales activities, product launches, and market development initiatives • Conduct ongoing market analysis, including customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, to identify growth opportunities • Implement and adapt market development strategies and sales plans aligned with regional and business objectives • Ensure consistent pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, maintaining visibility on business performance • Represent Medtronic professionally, ensuring alignment with company values, quality standards, and patient focus

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field • 4+ years proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in Cranial, Spine, ENT, or related surgical specialties • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in multi-country environments • Experience working with distributors and indirect sales models • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust with clinicians and business stakeholders • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required • Native-level proficiency in Croatian or Serbian (written and spoken) • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with high accountability • Ability to work effectively across diverse markets within the Adriatic region and Malta • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and outside.
