📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer for clinical and operational teams • Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities • Evaluate candidates against regulatory and compliance standards • Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare market • Maintain ATS accuracy, job postings, and recruitment metrics • Track market trends and align hiring strategies to leadership expectations • Support employer branding initiatives to attract clinical talent • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including experience working for U.S.-based businesses • Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates • Experience with high-volume hiring • Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Perfect written and spoken English (mandatory) • Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours (required) • Experience recruiting for healthcare organizations would be a plus • Experience recruiting 1099 and W2 healthcare providers would be a plus • Familiarity with DEA/licensure processes across multiple states would be a plus
