📋 Description

• Build and design the process landscape. • Take ownership of KPI monitoring and reporting. • Implement digital tools and automation solutions. • Collaborate with business units, IT and executive management. • Drive change management and bring the team on board.

🎯 Requirements

• Curiosity, drive and a genuine desire to build something. • Initial professional experience in project management or process work. • Experience independently managing projects or process-related initiatives. • Basic technical understanding of system landscapes and digital tools. • Strong communication skills at all levels. • Knowledge of continuous improvement (KVP), Lean Management, Six Sigma or Operational Excellence (advantageous).
