📋 Description

• Formulate product requirements, from customer needs to technical specifications for hardware and software systems • Align requirements with relevant stakeholders and ensure a consistent requirements baseline • Perform system analyses and model workflows and processes using SysML • Contribute to the methodological development of systems engineering • Support user-centered development of medical devices and conduct usability evaluations • Identify product risks and define measures for risk mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in biomedical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, technical computer science, or a comparable discipline • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, in hardware or software development for mechatronic products, requirements management / systems engineering, or in a regulated development environment • Experienced with regulatory standards for product development, ideally for medical devices (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, IEC 62366) • Knowledge of product variant management is desirable • Experience in project management • Strong organizational skills with a structured and solution-oriented working style • Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) skills, both written and spoken — especially strong written English
