📋 Description

• Partner with programme teams to translate strategic objectives into clear delivery approaches and actionable plans • Collaborate across communications, digital, insights, analytics, operations, and leadership teams to coordinate delivery and drive alignment • Support complex projects in fast-moving and ambiguous environments • Develop project approaches, governance frameworks, delivery plans, reporting mechanisms, and project documentation • Monitor progress and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and resources • Ensure projects meet agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Build trusted relationships across teams, functions, regions, and seniority levels • Facilitate project planning, prioritisation, workshops, problem-solving, and decision-making • Align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives and navigate competing priorities • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly • Improve project management frameworks, tools, systems, and ways of working • Capture and share lessons learned to strengthen organisational capability • Mentor, coach, and line manage junior project management staff • Contribute to the development of the Project Management Unit and project management practice across Meliore

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through completion • Strong technical project management expertise and ability to adapt methodologies to different delivery contexts • Experience supporting strategic communications, advocacy, campaigning, or mission-driven programmes • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and relationship management skills • Ability to influence without formal authority • Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and create clarity • Experience managing project governance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working across cultures, time zones, and multidisciplinary teams • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability • Fluency in written and spoken English • Additional languages are an advantage • Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, DASM, or equivalent is strongly preferred
