📋 Description

• Conduct individual (consumer) credit analyses in accordance with predefined criteria, policies, and approval authority limits • Query credit bureaus and other sources of customer registration data • Escalate cases outside the assigned authority limits, involving inconsistencies, or requiring qualitative analysis to the Senior Credit Analyst • Review income verification documents • Verify the authenticity and consistency of the information provided • Flag discrepancies, incomplete data, or indications of fraud • Organize and prioritize the request queue according to the established SLA • Update analysis statuses in the system • Complete the closing case file and attach it to the system • Keep the analysis history organized and traceable • Contribute data to portfolio reports and performance indicators • Work collaboratively with the Senior Credit Analyst • Suggest improvements to analysis criteria, workflows, and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in individual (consumer) credit analysis or related areas, such as customer service, collections, or financial operations • Basic knowledge of credit concepts, including credit scores, income commitment, and credit bureau restrictions • Familiarity with credit bureaus and CRM systems • Knowledge of document analysis and fraud prevention • Experience with scoring systems and automated decision engines • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • Experience in fintechs, banks, financial institutions, or rental guarantee companies • University degree, associate degree, technical degree, or vocational training • English and Portuguese proficiency
