📋 Description

• Act as the department’s technical authority and official auditor for data, tracking, measurement, SEO, and WordPress • Create and manage a backlog of growth opportunities, structuring hypotheses with goals and validation criteria • Classify and prioritize experiments weekly using the ICE Score • Lead squad alignment meetings to audit tests, identify bottlenecks, and plan new initiatives • Analyze post-cycle results, document learnings, and prevent discarded tests from being repeated • Convert validated tests into standard operating processes • Audit Google Tag Manager, tags, triggers, pixels, CAPI, and conversion events • Audit funnel reports in Google Analytics and UTM parameterization • Audit the WordPress website/blog, forms, plugins, response times, scripts, and webhooks • Monitor Google Search Console, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and on-page best practices • Monitor Ads campaigns and optimize CPL/CAC • Direct conversion and reactivation sequences via email and WhatsApp • Ensure event strategies, lead nurturing, and integration with the digital funnel • Develop partnerships with professional associations, influencers, and referral programs • Direct the creation of creative assets and landing pages for A/B testing and conversion • Align the funnel with SDRs/Sales to ensure prompt lead follow-up • Define technical scopes, audit vendor deliverables and SLAs, and optimize tool costs • Provide analysts and vendors with clear technical guidance and constructive accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or postgraduate qualification • Practical expertise in structuring Growth testing routines: hypothesis formulation, ICE Score application, and test repository management • Practical knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem: administrative navigation, and validation of pages, forms, and core plugins • Strong analytical proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4): funnel analysis, custom events, and attribution reports • Solid experience with advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and CRM/marketing automation platforms (RD Station or similar) • Experience evaluating, hiring, and technically managing vendors and partner agencies • Strong knowledge of Technical and Strategic SEO: interpreting Google Search Console data and using audit tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) • Practical expertise auditing Google Tag Manager (GTM): creating and validating tags, triggers, and conversion events • Fluency in English and Portuguese • Mid-level/Senior experience • Contractor engagement (PJ)
