📋 Description

• Represent clients in civil hearings, advocating for their interests before the judiciary. • Draft procedural documents, such as initial pleadings/complaints, answers, appeals, legal opinions and other filings. • Deliver oral arguments before judges, presenting well-founded legal arguments in defense of clients. • Manage courtside cases from initiation through conclusion, maintaining contact with involved parties and taking necessary steps to ensure proper case progress. • Conduct external diligences, such as filings at courthouses, notary offices and public agencies, and attend hearings in various jurisdictions. • Participate in client meetings to align legal strategies and present case outcomes. • Stay up to date with legislation and case law related to civil law in order to support legal actions with solid and effective foundations. • Collaborate with the in-house legal team, sharing information and knowledge to continuously improve the organization's legal practices.
