• Master’s degree in a recognized mental health discipline. • Appropriate licensure or certification (LCSW, LPC, LSW, or LAC). • Strong understanding of mental health disorders, behavioral interventions, and family systems. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for travel to client homes). • Successful completion of background checks and required clearances (e.g., criminal history, child abuse). • Maintenance of personal malpractice insurance coverage throughout employment.
