• Act as the primary brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz, providing support to German-speaking automotive clients • Assist customers with technical inquiries regarding luxury vehicle features, connectivity services, and digital mobility solutions • Resolve complex automotive-related concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction • Stay updated on automotive technology, electric vehicle advancements, and the Mercedes-Benz product portfolio • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system • Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and enhance the luxury brand experience • Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain expert-level knowledge of the evolving automotive market

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • A genuine passion for the automotive industry and commitment to maintaining the prestige of the Mercedes-Benz brand • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and empathetically • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a luxury or high-tech sector • Ability to work independently as a remote professional while staying connected to a global team environment
