📋 Description
• Provide high-level support for customers utilizing sophisticated FinTech payment solutions • Ensure secure and seamless transaction experiences for a diverse range of users • Resolve account-related queries, security concerns, and payment discrepancies • Maintain detailed documentation within the FinTech CRM to ensure compliance and account integrity • Educate clients on new digital wallet features, security measures, and platform updates • Collaborate with international teams to optimize customer journey protocols • Uphold high service standards for Danish-speaking users
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Danish, spoken and written • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Previous customer service experience, ideally in banking, e-commerce, or FinTech • Strong digital literacy • Ability to navigate complex software systems effectively • Excellent communication skills • Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to relocating to Greece
