📋 Description
• Deliver exceptional customer service interactions to Danish-speaking clients regarding fashion retail experiences • Manage inquiries about online orders, product availability, and retail policies • Maintain a deep understanding of the Zalando product ecosystem to provide accurate, brand-aligned solutions • Use chat, email, and phone channels to resolve issues and increase brand loyalty • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the retail experience across digital platforms • Meet and exceed performance indicators focused on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction • Contribute to the success of the Danish-speaking retail support program
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Danish, spoken and written, mandatory • Valid EU passport or eligibility to work within the European Union • Previous experience in retail, customer support, or high-end service environments • Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate complex retail management systems • Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for fashion and e-commerce • Commitment to relocating to Greece
