📋 Description
• Provide world-class support to Booking.com travelers and partners through multiple channels • Assist with travel modifications, reservation inquiries, and complex tourism-related troubleshooting • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction within the fast-paced global tourism sector • Document all interactions with precision in the customer management system • Act as a brand ambassador for Booking.com • Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery • Handle high-volume communication in Danish with empathy, professionalism, and speed
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Danish, spoken and written • Proficient in English for internal training and communications • Valid EU passport, mandatory for this role in Greece • Passion for the tourism industry and exceptional customer experiences • Strong computer literacy • Excellent multitasking capabilities • Proactive attitude • Willingness to relocate to Greece
