📋 Description

• Review and analyze user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies • Identify and action violations related to hate speech, harassment, misinformation, and other harmful content types • Investigate and resolve user reports and escalations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency • Provide clear, concise, and objective assessments of content and user behavior • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends and recommend improvements to trust and safety policies • Contribute to the development and refinement of content moderation tools and processes • Maintain a deep understanding of evolving online threats and the social media landscape • Ensure consistent application of policies to foster a safe and positive user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential for this role • Valid EU passport is mandatory • Demonstrated interest and understanding of social media platforms and online communities • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable with reviewing sensitive and potentially offensive content • Previous experience in content moderation or trust and safety is advantageous
