📋 Description
• Provide expert support to German-speaking users navigating complex AI and software platforms • Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to advanced IT software and cloud-based applications • Maintain a deep understanding of evolving AI technologies to provide accurate and efficient resolutions • Document technical feedback and user experience insights to assist in continuous product improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical infrastructure issues • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to professional quality standards in the IT industry • Participate in ongoing technical training sessions to remain at the forefront of the AI and software industry
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Strong interest or experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry and AI software • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset • Ability to work remotely from within Greece • Proficiency in English is considered a significant advantage
