📋 Description
• Provide high-level technical support for Microsoft software and enterprise cloud solutions • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for German-speaking enterprise clients, ensuring optimal service delivery • Troubleshoot complex IT infrastructure issues while maintaining strict adherence to service-level agreements • Advise clients on Microsoft best practices to improve their business efficiency and digital transformation • Maintain detailed case documentation within the CRM to track resolution progress and client interactions • Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority technical escalations • Stay updated on the latest software releases and security protocols within the global IT industry
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) • Valid EU passport or work permit (mandatory) • Strong passion for technology and a proven interest in the Information Technology industry • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical solutions with ease • Prior experience in a technical support, customer success, or IT helpdesk environment is highly advantageous • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused setting
