📋 Description
• Deliver exceptional, empathetic support to German-speaking customers regarding consumer electronics products • Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to smartphones, home appliances, and wearable devices • Resolve technical concerns efficiently and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction • Update customer records and technical databases accurately • Communicate product updates, warranty information, and technical specifications to end-users • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex hardware or software issues • Represent a global technology leader and promote a positive brand image
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) proficiency is essential • Valid EU passport (mandatory) • Strong passion for consumer electronics and curiosity for the latest tech trends • Exceptional communication and active listening skills • Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously • Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is considered a distinct advantage
