📋 Description

• Provide premium support to Miele customers as a brand ambassador in the high-end consumer electronics sector • Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to household appliances • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat • Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system to track product performance trends • Guide customers through Miele product features and benefits with personalized expert advice • Collaborate with international teams to share feedback and contribute to service improvements within the German-speaking market • Ensure all interactions meet the high quality standards expected of a luxury consumer electronics provider

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role • Valid EU passport or residency status allowing work in Greece • A genuine passion for consumer electronics • Strong communication skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems with empathy • Previous experience in customer service or tech support is highly valued • Adaptability to a remote work environment while remaining a collaborative team player
