📋 Description

• Provide world-class customer support for Dyson’s premium range of consumer electronics via phone, email, and chat. • Troubleshoot technical inquiries regarding sophisticated home appliances with precision and care. • Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining the high standards expected of the Dyson name. • Guide customers through product features, ensuring they extract maximum value from their consumer electronics investments. • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within the internal CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical service requests effectively. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient, friendly, and expert solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role. • Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency and employment in the European Union. • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine interest in the consumer electronics industry. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on technical support excellence. • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the desire to live and work abroad. • Previous experience in high-end customer care is highly desirable.
