📋 Description
• Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers regarding advanced consumer electronics products • Represent the Dyson brand with professionalism, ensuring excellence in every customer interaction • Troubleshoot queries related to vacuum technology, hair care devices, and air treatment solutions • Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system to maintain service standards • Educate customers on product features, maintenance, and the latest innovations in the consumer electronics sector • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical concerns efficiently • Contribute to a positive brand image by maintaining a deep understanding of the evolving Dyson product portfolio
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory • Strong passion for technology and the consumer electronics industry • Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset • Ability to work in a remote environment within Greece • Tech-savviness to navigate various software tools and hardware diagnostics
