📋 Description
• Provide high-quality technical and account support to users of premium video streaming platforms • Assist customers with subscription management, playback issues, and device troubleshooting • Maintain high satisfaction ratings and service standards • Navigate complex database systems to provide accurate information about streaming content and platform features • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or telephone • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring service issues • Stay updated on streaming platform updates and content releases to provide informed advice
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent German, spoken and written, mandatory • Valid EU passport or valid work permit for Greece • Strong passion for digital entertainment and the streaming platforms industry • Excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset • Technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot common digital streaming hardware and software • Previous experience in customer service or support roles highly valued
