📋 Description

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Italian-speaking clients within the Customer Support Services industry • Analyze complex user inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure total client satisfaction • Maintain comprehensive documentation of interactions and resolutions within the CRM system • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex service-related issues • Achieve individual and team-based KPIs, consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs) • Proactively contribute to the improvement of internal service processes and knowledge base content • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product specifications and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is essential for this role • Valid EU passport or work permit for Bulgaria is required • Strong proficiency in English to collaborate with an international team • Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry or a client-facing role is highly preferred • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset • Adaptability and a desire to excel in professional Italian-speaking jobs abroad
