• Lead kickoff and follow-up meetings, diving into the account’s operational context to ensure Mercos solves real pains. • Act with active listening to understand business rules and configure systems, connecting practical usage to the financial success of our customers. • Manage expectations of all stakeholders (client, internal teams, and ERP integrator), maintaining clear and transparent communication to strengthen the partnership. • Closely monitor early success indicators (activation and use of key features) to ensure the client realizes value quickly (Time to Value). • Identify signs of disengagement or implementation risk and develop immediate action plans to reverse potential cancellation scenarios. • Deliver trainings that build confidence and ensure effective platform adoption by the teams who will use it daily. • Create and enforce the implementation timeline, orchestrating steps between the internal team, the client, and the integration partner (ERP). • Maintain rigor in updating Salesforce, ensuring the history of decisions, risks, and project progress is recorded for the entire Mercos team. • Collaborate with the squad to optimize playbooks and processes, always focusing on reducing project time without sacrificing delivery quality.
• Experience in onboarding or Customer Success (CS) processes for B2B SaaS solutions. • Ability to diagnose business needs and align them with the software’s features. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and response SLAs. • Understanding of how implementation impacts engagement and retention (churn). • Knowledge of the operations of the following segments: commercial representatives, distributors, and manufacturers. • Analytical ability to interpret cohorts and suggest strategic improvements to the customer journey. • Experience using generative AI to optimize workflows and productivity.
