📋 Description

• Analyze business and operations data and evidence to help identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement. • Structure diagnoses and hypotheses about growth, efficiency and productivity. • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to validate potential business levers. • Prioritize and present strategic recommendations to the Director of Operations and stakeholders. • Support the definition of metrics and analytical models that underpin strategic decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience performing strategic analyses related to customer acquisition and retention within sales and/or Customer Success operations. • Familiarity with SaaS business metrics (MRR, CAC, Churn, LTV, Payback, etc.). • Experience with operational efficiency analyses. • Ability to ask the right questions, break large problems into smaller parts and think logically. • Comfortable with numbers, ratios, variance and metrics; understanding of applied statistics and the ability to interpret data critically. • Willingness to challenge assumptions and investigate root causes rather than accept superficial explanations or data. • Translate analyses into clear, actionable and evidence-based conclusions.
