• Develop and execute sales strategies that strengthen partnerships and drive growth via channel partners, direct to end users and OEM’s • Lead your team to consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets • Mentor and develop your Regional Territory Managers into top performers • Identify and capitalise on emerging market opportunities • Build the kind of forecasting and KPI tracking that gives you control of your destiny

• Deep understanding of the industrial and manufacturing landscape across the United States • Progressive sales experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams • Consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets – and you have the numbers to prove it • Ability to analyse markets, spot opportunities, and turn insights into action • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that win over partners and colleagues alike • Ability to influence across departments and get buy-in for your vision
