• Lead the functional development of our CRM solution (Microsoft Dynamics) in close coordination with event teams and sales department heads • Capture, qualify, and prioritize requirements from the event teams • Act as an advocate and active supporter for event teams using the CRM • Serve as the point of contact for questions about system usage in customer service and trade fair sales • Act as the interface between event teams and IT to align functional and technical requirements • Further develop and optimize processes between event teams, IT, and external service providers • Prepare cost–benefit analyses for enhancements and projects • Create test cases and manage User Acceptance Tests (UAT) • Participate in cross-departmental projects • Coordinate data-protection-related topics and liaise with employee representative bodies
• Completed degree in economics, computer science, or a comparable field • Experience in the functional support or development of CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) • Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering is an advantage • Change management skills • Customer-focused, value-oriented mindset • Proactive, self-driven approach and readiness to take ownership • Willingness and ability to learn • Sustainability mindset • Capacity for reflection • Team player • Persuasiveness and assertiveness • Project management skills • Resilience and tolerance for ambiguity • Strong execution skills
